Angie Calderone founded Kai HR after more than three decades leading human resources for high-growth organizations, private equity-backed companies, and complex mergers and acquisitions.
Throughout her career, she has partnered directly with CEOs, boards, investors, and executive teams to build scalable organizations, lead enterprise HR functions, integrate acquisitions, design executive compensation programs, and develop leadership teams capable of sustaining long-term growth.
